No. 10We value both our RECREATIONAL and COMPETITIVE programs.
To watch students grow as dancers and as individuals - there is no greater reward. ACAA offers both recreational and competitive programs for dancers ages 18 months to 18 years. Our goal at ACAA is to ensure ALL students are well rounded, successful, skilled, and show growth at each and every practice and performance. Below are a few videos from our 2014/2015 production of "Once Upon a Time." All of these dances feature students in our recreational program. No. 8We strongly believe that giving back to our community is an important part of each child's dance education. Throughout the year, ACAA dancers have the opportunity to participate in the following service opportunities:
If you have any service suggestions, feel free to contact the studio! We love to help our community in any way we can. |
No. 7Our goal is to teach, motivate, and inspire our students in an atmosphere that emphasizes good character and individuality. We have an “open door policy,” and encourage you to speak with us regarding questions or concerns you might have. We pride ourselves on our ability to keep the lines of communication open between instructors and parents.

No. 6At ACAA we offer excellent, competitive prices on all of our classes.
We believe that no child should be limited when it comes to doing the things that they love. Because of this, we strive to make sure that our program is budget friendly! We offer low prices and multi-class discounts. We also offer a very affordable competitive program so our students can do more of what they love throughout the dance season!! |
One of the most unique things about ACAA is that we have 2 locations! Ashlee's Creative Arts Academy in Polk City and Ashlee's Creative Arts Academy North in Iowa Falls! We love being able to extend our passion for dance to so many children throughout Iowa!
We couldn't be more proud to be a part of 2 WONDERFUL communities! |
ACAA is owned and operated by Ashlee and Emilee—sisters with over 40 years of combined dance experience.Ashlee and Emilee grew up in the dance world, dancing both recreationally and competitively since the age of 3. They have been trained in all styles of dance, including tumbling. In order to keep up with the ever changing dance community, Ashlee and Emilee continue to train & take classes. In the past year alone, ACAA students have had opportunities to train with various dance professionals, such as Jacque Lewarne, Sienna Lyons, Dre Young, Joey DiSantino, Tokyo, & Emily Shock.
Since opening the studio, Ashlee & Emilee's dancers have been recognized and awarded for their technique training and performance skills at various competitions across the Midwest. Recently, they were awarded 1st runner up out of 41 routines at Nationals in Chicago! Ashlee and Emilee have also been recognized for their outstanding choreography. This past competition year alone, they received six choreography awards. For the last 4 years, Ashlee’s Creative Arts Academy has provided a fun, positive experience for all of our students. Our program has been designed to maximize each student’s potential as a dancer and as a person by instilling in them confidence, self expression, self-respect, discipline and passion. Our goal is to teach the strong technical skills that students need; both in dance and in their everyday lives. |
